The staff spoke good English (VERY important).
I had to call maintenance several times to fix things. The sliding door seal needed attention and the lights in the spa fell out. It seems like the hotel hasn't been updated recently and is showing wear and tear.

i had a blast in the two-bedroom suite ocean view! the view was something else, a total knockout. breakfast had so many options, i felt spoiled!
the free shuttle times were a little limited, making it tricky to get around.

the buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was perfection with pizza, sushi, and curry available. free bus access to the beach was convenient from the hotel. the staff were always friendly and helpful.
i booked a two-room pool villa. the villa felt old and had a mildew smell. the rooms felt dusty and had peeling paint.
